I'm Esteban Ruano, a software engineer who takes products from architecture to deployed backend — across mobile, web, and cloud. Years of building end to end: deep Flutter and native Android on the client, polished web frontends, and the reactive services and infrastructure underneath.

The work is the orbit; the craft is the center. I take ownership of the whole path — client, backend, infrastructure, shipped — so a product never falls through the seams between specialists.

Beyond client work, I founded one business of my own — Negodex, a commerce platform for independent retailers — and built it end to end. What endures across everything is the way it's made: precise, reactive, and built to hold under load.
